- Job description: Embed within the Product team which enables and supports clients activating their accounts. Help to develop software to support the intermediate steps for a client to activate their accounts, support activation activities that complement the client and account opening process. Ensure workflows exist that permit client’s getting their accounts to a fully activated state. Supporting the operational workflows to activate a client. Enhance all existing strategy and help to develop new ideas based. Immerse in all things related to clients and the IG on-boarding journey, drive positive change. Work with technical teams and liaise with other business areas. Be at the forefront of delivery, be the driving force behind project and product delivery.
