Extremely dishonest broker and unprofessional staff working there! I won one of their contest prizes 6 months ago and after 1 month I contacted them to see what happened and guess what - they forgot to notify me that I won!!! If I didn't ask them what's going on they were just gonna give the prize to someone else! To me they just tried to rip me off like they did 2 months ago - I won a prize in one of their contests again and they disqualified me for the reason that some other contestant's IP had half the numbers similar to mine and he opened long GBPJPY 21 minutes after I did, which was monday morning when the contest starts - probably 90% of the contestants opened long GBPJPY by that time because it is mandatory by the contest rules. But guess what - according to the contest management I broke the rules just because some idiot from Russian Federation (I checked his IP, I live in the EU, we're not even from the same continent!!!) has half of his IP digits the same as mine and has opened GBPJPY "approximately at the same time" (21 minutes difference is NOT THE SAME TIME, retards!!!) as the contest administration answered me! WTF! What a waste of time.....

I like that it allows me to use execute scalping and hedge my positions; overall spreads are decent, and I like there is no commissions per trades. My good ratings reflects my experience.

The best of InstaForex is its customer service. I'm very grateful with them because they have always solved my problems quickly and I realized they are very professionals. Of course, there are several positive things of InstaForex, such as good promos and services, but for me it's essential to have a good customer service. That makes me feel secure of my daily trading.

I’ve been trading at them for half year. And since then I had no big problems, all other was quickly resolved by InstaForex support. The technology they use is quite easy. Major spreads are tight and scalping allowed - that's crucial for me.

Why you used dynamic IPs if you knew that this could happen to you? There could be no coincidences, if you would rather trade from the fixed IP. And how can one blame the company in prejudgement or even in scamming, if you do not simply follow the rules of the contest? How can we be sure that you really didn't cheat? If you did, some other honest trader wouldn't get the prize. Do you think that would be fair? How could you check the IP of the acc 66477552 holder if it was not given to you? The contest Admin only gave you the first digits - that means both IP were on the same network, and it cannot be so, that they are from different countries.
