- Job description: Prepare regulatory reporting for the FSA. Prepare of tax returns. Prepare, monitor, and analyze monthly operating results, prepare presentations on them and on KPIs. Manage daily client money segregation procedures. Assist with budgeting/forecasting and track actual results. Coordinate excess cash management, assist with capital management. Manage the preparation/supervision of the annual financial statements. Act as primary liaison with auditors. Conduct research for FSA and international accounting requirements. Manage intercompany transactions, cross-border transfer agreements and foreign exchange transactions. Manage accounts payable function. Assist senior managers in building strategic business plan. Act as a mentor to team members.
