- Job description: Install, replace and configure computer hardware, operating systems, trading platforms and applications. Perform routine audits of systems and software, resolve any problems identified. Monitor the proper administration the Company’s ticketing system, respond to queries. Liaise with external associates for problem solving. Coordinate and monitor the work of the team. Look for ways to improve the performance and the quality of the IT Systems Support team.
