- Job description: Lead, manage and develop a team of 18 designers and artworkers. Champion the brand and ensure quality of output and best practices are adhered to. Provide design expertise to the team. Be responsible for the output of high volumes of quality product. Build relationships with the UX team and ensure consistency. Conceptualize and create effective design solutions for marketing campaigns. Work closely with our content and Video teams to ensure that creative concepts & designs are robust across all assets. Provide regular updates to Head of Global Marketing Operations.
