  • Job description: Purchase new software systems for the operation of GoodDollar. Complete handling of payments and invoices, open POs for payments, acquire all relevant approvals. Organize and fill all documents & invoices in an ordered manner. Bookkeep all expenses to allow budget monitoring. Write and maintain procedures for operational workflows. Facilitate the contract issuing workflow, onboarding of new GoodDollar team members. Help in organizing events, travel arrangements and reimbursements for team members. Be a point of contact for administrative issues regarding GoodDollar.
