- Job description: Be involved in the process of purchasing equipment and services for IT and Marketing through IG’s purchase order system. Support the establishment of best practice procurement processes within the company. Identify high risk vendors and ensure that due diligence processes are completed. Maintain a contracts’ database, enable contract owners to complete renewals and cancellations in line with contract deadlines. Work with stakeholders to maintain IT budgets and monitor actual spend. Produce vendor due diligence statistics to create dashboard content for the Vendor Committee. Administer the software license database on ServiceNow.
