- Job description: Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project or campaign. Distribute assignments to creative teams and other resource teams. Meet with Marketing teams and PMO to learn more about new project details and give progress updates. Open JIRA issues. Maintain job files, project wikis and shared drive folders. Assist in estimated vs allocated vs actual hours and identifies discrepancies to increase agency estimating accuracy. Notify account and project management when client deliverables may not be met, collaborate on solutions. Assist the Ops team in the development of internal operating procedures to create efficiencies.
