  • Job description: Supervise, train and develop the Financial Crime Compliance Monitoring Associates. Manage escalations and regulatory queries. Understand UK and EU AML/CTF regulatory requirements, developments, sector-specific regulation, etc. Facilitate implementation of Financial Crime related policies & procedures. Prepare and publish management information. Maintain Financial Crime Compliance documents. Implement standardized policy and procedure. Oversee and review automated alerts. Assist with enterprise wide FCC training development. Provide advice, analysis and/or resolution on Financial Crime Compliance. Provide training and support to other team members. Ensure FCC teams are well-versed in policies, procedures and regulatory changes.
