- Job description: Develop monthly reports and financial controls. Own for group month end close process, consolidation of subsidiary companies and closing process for local entities. Prepare Quarterly and Annual Financial statements and periodic Tax reports. Develop internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for cash management and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and professional standards. Lead work with the group external auditor on audit, tax and ad hoc activities. Manage the bookkeeping team.
