  • Job description: Define and lead the global organic search strategy leading to more and higher rankings. Own the ASO strategy, ensure both direct and indirect ranking factors are catered. Oversee strategy implementation. Act as SEO ambassador at IG. Build strong relationships across teams to integrate SEO best practice. Improve the SEO channel’s conversion rate. Strength less mature organic search. Ensure performance analysis and reporting are provided and re-fined. Communicate progress and performance updates. Manage the organic marketing budget. Provide leadership direction and motivation for the team. Identify future trends and keep abreast of new developments. Collaborate with paid media to identify content opportunities and gaps that can be plugged via organic channels.
