  • Job description: Develop a comprehensive ESG strategy for the company. Establish and monitor internal ESG improvement plan. Represent IBKR in the ESG field. Develop an ESG learning agenda and identify and help build out new ESG investing products and tools. Identifying IBKR’s current ESG standing and areas for improvement and lead the development of a budget and timeline for execution of an improvement strategy. Hire and supervise members of the ESG Team, as needed and upon approval.
