  • Job description: Develop and oversee QA testing of AML policies and procedures focusing on Suspicious Activity Reports (“SARs”) filing processes. Advise staff on the development and enhancements to, AML policies and procedures. Coordinate and collaborate with several departments to obtain and normalize QA data. Report QA testing findings to the Head of QA Testing and Training and make recommendations. Maintain and update QA methodology consistent with industry best practices. Manage a team of analysts and assess and address staffing needs.
