- Job description: Understand business needs, prepare documentation requested by IBG’s affiliates. Review contracts and correspondence; obtain necessary approvals from Compliance, Legal and Regulatory departments. Review and prepare banking documentation. Ensure bank account opening process complies with regulatory requirements. Communicate with local/foreign banks, exchanges and clearing houses. Draft corporate resolutions and certificates authorizing strategic business transactions. Respond to queries from internal and external auditors. Maintain a legal documentation database. Handling light clerical duties.
