Job description: Develop and oversee the firm’s QA Testing functions. Create a robust on-going AML Training Program. Manage team leads responsible for QA testing of the firm’s AML program policies and procedures, surveillance reports and sanctions monitoring tools. Create ongoing AML staff trainings. Identify enhancements to QA testing and training needs. Maintain and update written policies and operational procedures. Keep abreast of industry best practices. Advise the Chief AML Officer in developing and implementing remedial action plans.
