- Job description: Administration of weekly release process. Be a co-owner of existing release process. Cooperate with Release Managers and support ongoing Change and Release Process improvements. Prepare management reports and KPIs. Evaluate quality assurance deliverables and metrics. Evaluate technical risk associated with each change. Drive releases of in-house and 3rd party applications and platforms. Build expert knowledge about applications, infrastructure and dependencies. Work with other teams to plan major upgrade, migration projects ahead of time. Assist others in writing documentation, instructions, and procedures around release process.
