Job description: Make sure that staff are all working towards the target and that customer care standards are met. Train the Sales team. Create and achieve KPIs. Conduct the Induction Training Program for new employees of the Sales department. Sort and present performance/figures reports. Monitor the Activation dept. team’s calls, progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements; create daily reports. Coordinate with Marketing and Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Coordinate and follow up with IT department for CRM issues/developments. Coordinate with the GHBD to improve structure and process between departments.
