- Job description: Process accounting journals. Maintain the accounting system and books and records. Execute payments for company expenses. Perform cash administration. Process employee business expense claims. Perform bank account period end reconciliations. Be responsible of the supplier balance and movement period end reconciliations. Perform intercompany reconciliations. Update fixed asset register. Assist with preparation and submission of VAT returns. Prepare monthly management accounts.
