- Job description: Review and approve/reject accounts, option trading for clients, AT participants. Perform client due diligence on new and existing accounts. Enforce the “Gate Keeper” duty at the account opening stage. Enforce AML policies. Be knowledgeable about recent regulatory updates and changes. Report incoming and outgoing EFTs to FinTRAC. Assist the sales and customer service team in dealing with different account opening issues. Review client case, and resolve them or re-assign them properly.
