- Job description: Manage and advance relationships with key contacts at partner banks. Oversee/monitor Bank accounts in the region and keep updated with in-country banking legislative developments to assist on banking requirements. Liaise and maintain a strong relationship with regional bankers, negotiate terms & conditions. Mobilize smooth cash and cross border transfers. Identify and articulate to the CFO an efficient transactional banking and payment infrastructure. Ensure that all required annual due diligence deliverables are completed and documented. Design and conduct quarterly cash liquidity reviews, propose effective repatriation plans for excess cash.
