- Job description: Provide practical, business oriented legal advice on various legal issues, counsel and recommendations. Manage various international projects. Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters. Draft legal opinions, memoranda and other documents. Be involved in preparing, reviewing, negotiating and drafting of commercial documents. Draft, review & control of legal and internal governance policies. Be involved in international cooperation with different company partners, business correspondence, business meetings. Apply effective risk management techniques. Instruct junior counsels, external legal advisers and corporate service providers. Assist the Head of Legal in daily duties and responsibilities. Advise management, heads and other staff.
