- Job description: Operationalize and standardize new and existing policies, processes and procedures related to Crypto Lending and managing counterparty risk. Maintain a thorough understanding of metrics and the business to make informed, data-driven decisions. Facilitate onboarding, management and communication with prospective lending counterparties. Manage all relevant documentation; support the due diligence questionnaire process and create the framework for credit limit processes. Act as a liaison between the internal and external business stakeholders. Define and implement tracking for KPI. Create the structure and cadence for reporting and forecasting. Provide support to Finance team. Create a true blockchain-based solution for Cryptocurrency lending. Identify cross-product selling opportunities. Continuously assess and evaluate existing businesses and processes. Provide on-going monitoring of client trading patterns.
