Work in the eToro Club team to stimulate product upgrades and reduce downgrades. Integrate Training & Support. Integrate Technology. Respond to incoming questions or queries and direct them to the relevant teams. Identify and reach out to club members who are not benefiting from the offering and close any gaps. Teach customers how to use eToro and its vast offering. Maximize the customer experience. Collect information on customer interests and match them against what eToro offers.
