- Job description: Activate retail, corporate, institutional accounts within short SLA’s. Cooperate with global account opening teams. Gather relevant information and documentation to open new accounts according to regulatory KYC requirements. Be the point of contact for all account opening queries. Perform administrative checks to ensure all accounts are set up in accordance with procedures and FCA Regulations. Set up and process changes to introducer details. Generate account opening letters for new clients. Maintain procedure manuals and other documentation. Provid3 general support to the Account Opening Team Lead.
