Manage relationships with creative agencies and internal cross-channel teams. Oversee conversion testing and optimization. Work with the sales team on lead qualification and employ marketing activities to drive conversion. Work with the research team to understand and develop a deep knowledge of customers. Analyze findings & translate into recommendations. Lead the Nadex marketing team, managing local resource and matrix managing central resource.
