- Job description: Solicit, analyze, document and communicate the business requirements. Organize, translate, prioritize and simplify requirements. Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and test plans. Document the purpose, the scope and requirements of the project. Drive and reach consensus between end users, development team and Management. Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain approval. Provide the link between end users and the development teams, and any third party. Design and execute test scenarios and test scripts. Submit regular status reports. Initiate and inputs to shared project vision.
