- Job description: Own the entire design process and everything that entails - UX, UI, prototyping. Work with pace and energy to prototype, test and iterate design ideas. Observe and implement learnings from user testing and research. Collaborate with other UX and product designers, product owners and developers to create a highly efficient delivery team. Bring thought leadership to the design process helping to develop and improve. Demonstrate experience of design systems to help define and refine the design language. Coach and support more junior members of the team. Continually share and align your work with the wider design team.
