- Job description: Design, monitor, control and report the safeguarding of client assets. Develop, coordinate and maintain the client asset management plan. Be the subject matter expert on client asset regulations to advise on new business or products. Review and approve the daily client asset calculation and reconciliations. Understand existing regulations, upcoming developments and best practice covering client asset regulation. Prepare MNB client asset related returns. Research the client asset impact of new products, services and markets. Create functional business requirements for enhancements to existing financial, regulatory and operational systems. Plan, coordinate and manage audits and the annual client asset examination.
