- Job description: Resolute client inquiries. FOP/DVP asset transfer support; assist client in the transfer process of assets. Monitor settlement transactions and coordination with back office to ensure timely settlement. Follow-up on and resolve pending transfers/ settlements, differences and breaks. Asset transfer as well as cash transfer related customer support. Affirm broker confirmations and handle broker inquiries. Liaise with external counter parties and custodians globally.
