Proquote27 (website has disappeared) and 27Proquote appear to be scams. Also, an associated site, FMACrypto.

The problem is that you cannot get money back from them. I put some money into a trading account with Proquote27, I managed to make a profit, then late December I tried to withdraw some of my money. First, the Proquote27.com website had disappeared. I found the 27Proquote.com website, which accepted my login. I requested a withdrawal. I got a message saying they would e-mail me when the transfer was approved. It's now mid Feb and I am still waiting for the e-mail.
I deposited some money in FMACrypto. In December, I requested to withdraw it. The balance of my account changed to zero, and the money was shown as "On Hold". Now (mid Feb), my money is still "On Hold".
So, these people take your money and then keep it. Their trading platform is just to keep you engaged, you don't realize that you have been ripped off until you try to get some money back from them.
