- Job description: Update website & blog with daily analysis, articles etc. Ensure web visitors obtain daily news on time. Upload translated content on WordPress. Distribute daily analysis links to the FX forums, clients' telegram channels and coordinate with the Social Media Manager. Monitor forums and media, google search for negative comments or positive reviews, respond as the BDSwiss official representative. Manage the reputation process with the Compliance and Complaints Department accordingly. Manage the tickets and provide bi-weekly reports. Be responsible for the Trust Pilot review site, follow up and optimize rating.
