- Job description: Investigate potential suspicious Market Abuse cases. Process the alerts triggered by surveillance tool and the internal referrals received from front office. Conduct analysis of internal alerts to identify potential Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing risks. Report the suspected market abuse, money laundering and terrorism financing activities to the financial regulators. Respond to daily queries and assist in the development and implementation of business changes whether regulatory or business driven. Prepare responses to regulatory requests or law enforcement agencies. Assist in reviewing, creating and updating compliance procedure and manual. Engage with front-office business representatives and local compliance officers.
