- Job description: Manage a team of three who are responsible for all the financial and regulatory duties. Develop, coordinate, and maintain the internal capital adequacy assessment process, ICAAP. Approve and fill prudential & client asset returns for a MiFID investment firm. Create functional business requirements for enhancements. Manage and develop the recovery and resolution plans. Maintain a strong understanding of existing regulations, upcoming developments & best practice. Plan, coordinate and manage the statutory audit. Forecast results. Manage the daily treasury funding and liquidity requirements. Monitor the liquidity risk. Manage external banking and brokerage relationships. Ensure continuous improvement and streamlining within the Finance function. Advise the CEO on the financial performance, identification and management of financial risks.
