- Job description: Manage and advance relationships with key contacts at partner banks. Oversee/Monitor Bank accounts in the Region, be updated with banking legislative developments. Aid on banking requirements in new countries/entities, negotiate arrangements and service levels. Liaise and maintain relationships with regional bankers, negotiate terms & conditions. Mobilize cash and cross border transfers, ensure the best return for each cash accumulation. Identify and articulate to the CFO an efficient transactional banking and payment infrastructure to minimize cost and regulatory risk. Extend the breadth and number of banks to facilitate banking options. Ensure that annual due diligence deliverables are completed and documented. Design and conduct quarterly cash liquidity reviews and propose effective repatriation plans for excess cash.
