- Job description: Develop existing ideas and projects and incorporate them into the group, look at new opportunities. Be responsible of the commercial, regulatory and high-level product viability of projects, products and services. Add new digital bank and Fintech solutions to support and enhance core business. Explore the commercial and regulatory viability of bank and EMI licenses, review and analyze banking and Fintech solutions necessary for such license projects. Manage some operational issues during the startup phases. Review and analyze acquisition targets, assess the condition for applying for licenses from scratch. Review and build infrastructure and staffing. Set up correspondent banking and EMI relationships. Investigate merchant ID services and card issuing capabilities.
