- Job description: Assist with developing and enforcing adequate policies and procedures to meet CySEC requirements. Design internal practices, measures, procedures, and controls relevant to the prevention of Money Laundering and terrorist financing. Design and monitor AML policies and procedures. Respond to Compliance inquiries. Prepare required periodic reports as per the regulations. Assist with corrective actions for compliance violations. Track regulatory changes, ensure they are implemented in a timely manner. Assist with internal compliance audits.
