- Job description: Report to the Head of Compliance, make recommendations for the department by monitoring and assessing the level of compliance risk. Review and update Company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CySEC. Support the Head of Compliance with the monitoring and assessment on the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures and procedures. Assist with the implementation of the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Program. Respond to CySEC requests and liaise with CySEC officers. Examine, evaluate and respond to Client complaints/grievances. Make relevant notifications to CySEC. Prepare and maintain sufficient records of correspondence with CySEC. Stay up to date with revisions of the legal framework and make relevant suggestions. Respond to compliance enquiries.
