  • Job description: Be responsible for driving risk assessments. Identify areas of improvement in work processes and implement methods to minimize risks. Streamline work processes and oversee the testing and implementation of them. Be responsible for producing and communicating reports to management. Perform analyses to identify issues, provide recommendations and implement solutions. Be responsible for overseeing the process for incident reports, maintain audit trails for internal control processes, and provide guidance to personnel. Mange the strategy for work process improvements and inform personnel of changes. Perform all the duties of a Senior Trader on top of ensuring proper procedures are in place and being followed.
