- Job description: Manage the new accounts team, prepare MIS and reports. Complete quality analysis for the activities taken by the team. Monitor the process and keeping an eye on issues. Be responsible for processing retail client and institutional applications. Review the documentation related to new account opening. Respond to retail and professional client inquiries. Register new clients and modify their details on regulatory portals. Manage Internal and External audits. Support aspects of client onboarding to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Information Program, SEBI and PMLA guidance requirements.
