Register new clients and modify their details on regulatory portals. Support aspects of client onboarding to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Information Program, SEBI and PMLA guidance requirements. Contact retail and professional clients for follow up requirements via calls, chats & emails. Perform research via internal and external sources, collect and analyze documentation in accordance with regulatory and KYC requirements.
