- Job description: Real-time Risk Management and Risk Mitigation. Order creation and execution for all tradeable assets. Monitor live Crypto trading platform for signs of disorderly trading or abnormal activity. Process post trade and resolve trade settlement issues. Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to enact enhancements. Participate in new product testing and introduction to the team. Seek opportunities to improve processes, controls and procedures. Review daily and periodic vendor reports and reconciliations. Identify potential issues and resolve them. Monitor client cash flows; communicate and process according to firm procedures. Ensure that all system issues are escalated and resolved quickly, and that systems are utilized by the team.
