  • Job description: Escalate OFAC/Sanction to maintain compliance with applicable requirements and provide additional screening review of escalated matches from third-party vendors. Review KYC processes. Interact with second-line of defenses and ensure that all policies, procedures and systems are in-sync. Respond to banking partners for additional information due to possible screening matches. Assist in reviewing and recommending improvements for internal processes, updating Compliance Program/policy and procedure documentation. Update customer profiles using internal CRM tools. Respond to and execute social escalations. Manage the company's internal systems and assist in validation, tuning and optimization of various processes and tools. Perform Initial Customer Due Diligence on customer’ accounts. Perform customer negative database screening. Monitor Know Your Customer documentation.
