- Job description: Focusing on APAC region/entities, review and maintain the Risk Management Frameworks, policies and procedures. Ensure the elements of the Risk Management Framework are embedded and operating effectively, and all regulatory requirements are met and assess upcoming regulations for potential impact. Ensure all risks are identified, assessed, measured, monitored and mitigated. Prepare appropriate risk reporting to management forums and Committees, with relevant escalation to Group. Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of outsourced risk functions. Investigate risk events, including deep dives, to identify root causes and mitigating actions. Provide oversight of outsourced Technology Risk Management where relevant to the Entity. Assist with conducting Risk and Control Self-assessments for relevant local entities.
