- Job description: Be responsible for assisting with daily research, review and processing of client dividends and daily corporate actions. Assist supervisors of dividends and corp actions with the daily dividend announcements, ensure verification of payment rates and payment dates, and schedule payment jobs on Phase 3 Backoffice system. Be responsible for the balancing of all daily dividend/reorg settlements with DTCC. Supervise all dividend activity and systems and the oversight of the processes involving dividend payments.
