- Job description: Focused on APAC and Singapore, execute compliance and AML controls, monitor and surveillance. Ensure submission of suspicious transaction reports to CAD. Advise on compliance related issues in relation to licensing, AML and KYC. Assist with regulatory and other official enquiries. Undertake reviews to ensure adherence to compliance requirements. Participate in audits. Keep relevance Compliance procedures Manuals/procedures updated. Analyze new rules and regulations. Participate in APAC projects and provide compliance related inputs where relevant.
