- Job description: Ensure all top day trades are allocated, cleared & accepted in a timely & efficient manner. Work with front office brokers, assist with all queries & requirements. Deal Entry into in-house systems. Deal Entry into external exchange systems, adhering to exchange rules. Configure & monitor counterparty commission rates. Daily monitoring & problem resolution of downstream internal system feeds & processes. Provide Back Office Administration support as required. Ensure written procedures are in place and up to date. Create & maintain a good relationship with Front office. Report & escalate issues to the OTC Operations Manager. Assist the Brokerage Department with Queries. Aid OTC Operations Manager on all manner of tasks
