- Job description: Ensure all top day trades are allocated, cleared & accepted. Work with front office brokers, assisting with all queries & requirements. Deal Entry into in-house systems. Deal Entry into external exchange systems, adhering to exchange rules. Configure and monitor counterparty commission rates. Daily monitor and problem resolute downstream internal system feeds & processes. Provide Back Office Administration support as required. Ensure written procedures are in place and updated. Create and maintain a good relationship with Front office. Report and escalate issues to the OTC Operations Manager. Assist the Brokerage Department with Queries. Assist the OTC Operations Manager on all manner of tasks.
