- Job description: Build positive relationships with clients. Respond to inquiries, understand the business, and maintain professionalism. Translate data into easily understood reports and communicate results with team. Digitally verify new clients’ identity when they are not physically present. Prepare and file reports to regulators (AMF, OSC, and FINTRAC). Support the compliance and operations teams with various process enhancement projects. Prepare monthly compliance reports and analyses, including risk assessments, transaction monitoring reports, and AML reporting. Identify and escalate irregular activities or compliance issues and assist in determining corrective actions. Execute internal controls to ensure users’ best interests are served. Assist with regulatory, internal, or other third-party audit requests.
