- Job description: Lead a team of 5/6 people responsible for the timely follow up and resolution of all (multi entity) Global Payments related Investigations. Review, improve and define workflows and introduce automated processing. Develop relationships with correspondent banks and establish effective escalation channels to conclude sensitive, high value, or longstanding cases. Build and maintain strong control functions to ensure satisfactory conclusion of all tasks. Develop team members and address staffing issues as and when they arise.
