Be responsible for handling all inbound calls in relation to trade related topics, while delivering stellar quality and accuracy of information prioritizing a client centrist focus. Expand your knowledge and deal with various trade related topics such as equities, options, fixed income, precious metals, mutual funds, FX and more. Handle all inbound calls to the Trade desk call center. Be responsible for executing equities, options, fixed income, precious metals, mutual funds, and FX trades in an accurate and compliant manner. Liaise between multiple departments to follow up on trade issues, investigations and other platform concerns.
